Kaja Sokola takes the stand in Harvey Weinstein’s retrial, detailing new allegations of sexual abuse dating back to when she was 16.

Haley, who has also gone by the name Mimi Haleyi, is the first of three accusers expected to testify at the retrial. She is reprising and adding some new details to testimony that led to Weinstein’s since-overturned 2020 conviction.

The former Hollywood producer is being retried on a criminal sexual charge and a rape charge from his 2020 trial and a criminal sexual charge related to former model Kaja Sokola.
