Prime Video's Reacher season 3 has been winning rave reviews but fans have been left cold by its release schedule. Three episodes of the new series dropped on Thursday, February 2

Based on 28 reviews, the latest season is now the best-rated of the show so far on Rotten Tomatoes with a perfect score. Reacher season 1 ranked at 92% and Reacher season 2 ranked at 98%, making the Prime Video series one of the best loved on the streamer.

Receiving a 100 per cent rating on Rotten Tomatoes, Reacher has proven so popular that it’s already been renewed for a fourth season, and a spinoff is already in production. The spinoff will focus on Maria Sten’s fan-favourite Frances Neagley, who also reprises her role in the third season.

One of my favorite aspects of Reacher is its sense of humor. The show, which recently premiered its third season on the 2025 TV schedule, knows how to laugh at itself, and I always love to see it. One of the best examples of that this season comes by way of a running gag about Alan Ritchson’s character trying and failing to get sleep.
