Liam Payne’s friend, Rogelio ‘Roger’ Nores, could reportedly be facing abandonment charges in the singer’s death investigation

A judge in Argentina ruled Tuesday that national prosecutors have the option to charge Liam Payne’s friend Roger Nores with abandonment related to the death of the pop musician. TMZ first reported the news.

On Oct. 16, former One Direction singer Liam Payne passed away after falling off a third-floor balcony at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires. He was 31 years old. It has already been reported that three people were charged in relation to Payne's death.
